About Il Fiorello

Il Fiorello is a small, family-owned company dedicated to growing and milling the finest quality artisan olive oil from our own groves. Our properties are located in Green Valley and Suisun Valley between Fairfield and Napa Valley, a still-rural area where creek-side soils allow good drainage for the trees.

The name Il Fiorello means “little flower” in Italian, the language of Ann's ancestors. She chose it for the tiny, white flowers on the olive trees, each of which will become a delicious olive for milling into our ultra premium oil.

Our olive trees are planted on wide terraces, with plenty of room for good circulation and hand harvesting. With proper care and pruning, they should grow to produce about 80 pounds of olives per tree per harvest.
