Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company is a family owned and run operation located in Suisun Valley, California. Il Fiorello, meaning little flower in Italian, is owned by Mark and Ann Sievers, and has been an official business since 2005. With 1,600 olive trees of 12 different varieties, we pride ourselves in being a farm-to-table production and, along with care and craftsmanship applied to every step in the milling process, we have had great success with our oils.
Instead of the prolific vineyards you see sweeping over the hillsides in northern California, we decided to plant a grove of olive trees. The “olive vision” has grown exponentially every year. Il Fiorello has the most state-of-the-art mill in North America, as well as an Olive House complete with a bar, tasting room, scenic views, and a commercial grade kitchen for catering and cooking classes.
We have had great positive feedback from the local agricultural and tourist communities. Our mill and Olive House are a valuable asset to the culture of Suisun Valley and hope that they will become an attraction for everyone to enjoy.
