Harvested from our organic gardens, this culinary lavender is a perfect addition to tea or as a rub.
Combine 1 tsp lavender buds with 1 tsp black pepper. Grind together with a mortar and pestle or use a spice grinder. In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Leccino Olive Oil. Rub lamb or pork roasts with the mixture and roast as directed.
Simmer 1 cup of local honey with 1/2 to 1 tsp of culinary lavender. Add a teaspoon of the warm mixture to tea for sweetness or serve over warm biscuits!
