Got Oils in Your Pantry?

Well, it’s over a month since we released the May 2019 Grove Club selections.  If you’ve still got oil or balsamic in those bottles, we thought maybe we could provide some inspiration on how to use it.  Here are some suggestions our Chefs came up with based on cooking trends and seasonally available produce.

Are you a fan of Indian cuisine?  Use your Kaffir Lime Co-Milled Olive Oil as a finishing oil on your favorite dish: Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, or even over hummus as a refreshing appetizer.



Have a movie night with a big bowl of popcorn!  Replace the usual butter with a healthy alternative.  Drizzle those just popped kernels with Napa Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle a little sea salt on top…delicious and nutritious!



Summer is perfect for steaks on the grill.  Take your next barbecued steak to a higher flavor level by finishing it with Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil just before serving.



Turn cold Summer time treats into a special occasion by putting some Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar Reduction on top.  Try it on ice cream, Italian ice, or gelato.  Bring a dash of elegance to watermelon, honeydew or cantaloupe melons with a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar Reduction.  Yum!!
